I have a Strix Scar 15 8core and I had left it in sleep mode with a game up on pause for a few hours. I came back and when I tried to use the laptop, it was a white screen that made me to a hard shutdown. Upon restarting, the display resolution was zoomed in. I went and put it back to my normal 100% and it said “some apps may not show or work properly??”. Then I went to play steam games and they ran sooo slow. Big time lag. Even games that were not graphically demanding had a very low frame rate.
I’m hoping this is a simple fix like a driver uninstall/reinstall. Based on the what I described, anyone have an idea what’s going on? Any help would be much appreciated.
