The same here.
I tried to:
- change sound driver for realthec and microsoft
- back to old bios 330 from 331
- back to old system windows 11 on backup drive
No way to enable bass speakers on front (trackpad area)

Just happened to me, same exact scenario... was playing Diablo 2, then went to hutdown my computer. Went to boot it back up, bottom bass speakers don't work. This has to be a hardware issue, shame on asus for this low quality control.

Fixed it, strange strange issue... I rebooted at least a dozen times to no avail, tried reinstalling drivers, rolling back bios, everything you guys did; nothing. I let the battery die, charged it, turned it on and it was fine???

This also worked for me. After completely discharging the battery, the speakers were working again!

Yeah not sure what would cause it? Maybe a hardware level glitch with the audio driver board?
