Splendid Utility not work

Hello everyone. I have a problem, I can not execute "Splendid Utility", I try to execute it as administrator or in normal mode but when I double-click it, nothing happens.
My pc is gl553vd, gtx 1050 4 gb

Enter to C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\Splendid

open ACMON.exe and ACVT.exe
