Yes, I'm waiting for the GL502Vt bios update too. If Asus will not provide any update for this model, I will contact Amazon for a refund.

Asus replied to me (in Italian):

grazie per aver contattato il Supporto Help Desk
in merito alla sua richiesta, la informiamo che il suo modello non verrà abbandonato, semplicemente il fix per la CPU arriva da Intel non da Asus, ovviamente appena Intel risolverà il bug sulle CPU di 6th Generazione verrà rilasciato un update del bios per le macchine coinvolte.
Per ora Intel ha rilasciato il fix per le CPU di 7th e 8th Generazione (per la precisione il 21 Febbraio 2018).
Deve fare riferimento come sempre al sito ufficiale, appena possibile l’update sarà rilasciato.

Hi everyone!
What means TBC in BIOS update graph on asus.com? To be confirmed? I.e. microcode fix is not yet available?
Or BIOS 306 for GL553 is that BIOS update fixing Spectre/Meltdown issues?
