Hello, I'm really desperate... I've probably been stuck with this problem for 6 hours without finding a solution. Unfortunately, I downloaded and installed the wrong Realtek sound driver (because the Asus site was crazy). The reason why I downloaded it at all is that the Amory Create software showed that this driver was missing. I would have preferred to ignore that, since I have had no sound since the installation... no matter what I try, i.e. uninstalling all the drivers via the device manager or running the troubleshooting, nothing helps. The Dolby Digital surround sound selection is no longer displayed to me either... what I found out can be seen in the pictures... hopefully you can help me

I managed it 😊 I had to download the Dolby Atmos driver from Asus, which I've already done before. However, the page said that you have to run the installation file as an administrator, which I missed. I installed it as an administrator and lo and behold, everything works, including the Dolby Atmos function 😍 It took me 6 hours of fun... many thanks to everyone who helped me 🙂
