Hello. Can anyone tell me if any of you have any flickering while using a browser?

Exactly what happens here too, i notice everytime theres flickering, theres ads being displayed
It seems those small ads are the culprit behind all of this
This issue happens with miniled and ips screens
Smooth scrolling and hardware acceleration Off, could fix the issue, not confirmed by now, but even if it works, the browser gets sluggish and slow, so not an ideal workaround

Strange issue, because it only happens on some web pages, completely random, some websites like this one, completely fine, but othere websites will flicker in certain webpages inside that specific website
For example a forum with 20 pages, page 15 flickers but all other pages completely fine
For example, reddit post, the beginning of the comments thread, completely fine, scrolling down to middle of the comments, fine, but comment 150 will ficker for no reason, keep scrolling down, a few posts down, and no flickering until the last comment
Sometimes i notice screen flickering when selecting a folder or pressing a button on windows desktop bar, randomly too, i can select many folders and no problem but sometimes a specific folder will provoke a minor flickering
This happens in both ultimate and hybrid mode, with every nvidia driver released until now
I dont know if its certain ads that are causing the flicker on the browser but cant find an explanation for desktop screen flicker, maybe because the browser is opened and minimized?
