I bought a ROG Scar 2 laptop a few months ago but it seems that during gaming, the temps are bouncing between 88-98 on balanced and 92-98 on turbo mode. These temps seem very high since the cpu is rated for max 100. I do realize that it is a gaming laptop and they will run hot but my main concern is that these temps will break the laptop in the next 2 years. I checked for dust but the fans seem clean. The cpu temp in idle is around 50 degrees. I am planning on sending the laptop in to Asus under warranty to see if they can fix this but wanted to ask you guys first.
The games I was playing are Outward and Half-Life Alyx. I have also listed my specs below. Any help is much apprecaited.
