Scar 18 Nebula HDR display; In nvidia optimus IGPU mode; HDR set to on AND also to off; Only HDR off

I DID upgrade to the ad free tier. I got apple tv to show me a title in dolby vision but no matter what I do I can't get prime video for windows to do it. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
