Games feel way smoother on "Silent" mode despite lower frame rate because it seems that somethign is creating micro-stutters (probably bad framtime) on "Performance" and "Turbo". I beleive it could be thermalthrottling from overvoltage?
Did you try to use search section in the forum to find and read 30+ post about problem like yours also you can learn what information to provide that can help people that read the post to help
I have, but cant find about my specific problem, except for one very old post which their solution didnt work for me (they capped PL1 & PL2 to 65w). Can you please share a link that I may have missed?
How you know this is the problem ? How you check his system his temperatures under load his CPU GPU working frequency? Did you know if he open his laptop and change the liquid metal he will lose the warranty of the laptop
