X-ROG
Level 15
In our continuing effort to build better products and get to know you lot, we'd like some feedback from our G series users 😄

1) What type of games do you play on your G series?
2) What is your preferred peripheral setup?

Thanks everyone!

Bought the G75VW-FS71 from Fry's about six weeks ago. I just bought The Elder Scrolls Skyrim game about three weeks ago. It is the only thing I have really done on this computer since I bought it, save for taking Cecil and John's advice on setting up backups.

I really like this computer so far, although all I have really done with it so far is play the Skyrim game. I am a level 9 mage - what a fun and addicting game!

Yea i put alot of mods on skyrim man, macked it out for 300+ hours lol finnished everything n got bored. but thats only because ive played like every bethesda game and they all feel very similar. the formula is great but it just becomes repetitive after a while.

I found witcher 2 very interesting because its alot more of a mature RPG where skyrim feels very generic :s i dunno, just make sure u play witcher 2 and dont overlook it. Was suprisingly good 😉

Yes the Witcher 2 was good the controls take some time getting use too again, I'd prefer to be able to hit/attack an enemy when i clcik on them and not do it the way the game makes you do it, would be a heap load easier.

also other games I plan on installing when I get my laptop back from RMA
are
Prototype 1 and 2
GTA IV (until GTA V is released)
Hitman:Absolution When It's Released)

Sins Of The Solar Empire Rebellion (or what ever it's called)
Dragon Age: Origins

1) A mix of games...1st person shooters, MMORPG, puzzle, platformers. (My rocketdock install has Amnesia, Avadon, Bastion, Arkham Asylum, Bioshock, Braid, Cogs, Fallout:NV, Far Cry, Guild Wars 2, Left 4 Dead, Portal 2, and Team Fortress 2 on it.)
2) At home, I keep the lid closed, and run an HDMI connection to my Samsung TV, plus I use the Bluetooth Logitech MX5500 keyboard/mouse combo. I use a Logitech G930 gaming headset at home and a Bluetooth Motorola S9-HD headset while mobile.
