Asus please, roll out the BIOS fixes the planet requires from you.
The following is the most detailed analysis of the problem that exists.

I personally just spent £2000 on a G16 g614pr (HX model not HX3D) and i'm regretting it before it's even arrived.

I am also encountering the same issue. It’s really frustrating that this BIOS problem has been ongoing for so long without an official fix from ASUS. I’ve read through the detailed analysis shared by ZephKeks on Reddit, and it perfectly describes the same behavior I’m experiencing with my ASUS laptop — instability, poor performance, and random throttling since recent BIOS updates. It’s disappointing to see such widespread issues affecting so many models, and we’re all just waiting for ASUS to roll out a proper BIOS fix to resolve this once and for all. Honestly, the waiting feels a bit like browsing the Texas Roadhouse menu when you’re starving  you know what you want, but you just have to be patient until it’s ready. To explore more about their menu and updates, learn more.

With respect, I got lucky.
Wiped the drive as it came upon me, SO many hidden partitions.
all gone now.
it's purring like a leo kitten now.
I love this machine. had to engage intelligence and give it a cooling pad.
Abandon the delivery and make it your own.

Im not sure if such control is what is required, pretty sure zeph woulda figured that if so.
It haunts. im sorry for your pain. You invested and got shot for it.

would you believe the default fan setting was max 80% what's worse.. the gpu fan didn't activate. 95C on the CPU till i tweaked the ramping.
I recommend wiping all partitions, reinstalling windows and installing g-helper without turning to asus.
then tweak.
some companies are better with hardware than software, some companies are better with laptops than motherboards.
Hardware companies make crap software.
godspeed
