Bios 312 allowed me to run 32gb(16x2) 5600mhz CL40 Kingston Fury Impact RAM.
So, is this confirmed by others too? This Scar 18 2023 can actually run 5600MHz Fury Impact ram at full speed?

Hi @hexaae
yes, the whole thread is about that stuff. Since UEFI version 312 and later it's possible to run single ranked modules ( like 8GB or 16GB sticks ) up to 5600MT/s while double ranked modules ( like 32GB or 48GB sticks ) are limited to 5200MT/s ( if they support this speed from manufacturer site ). 👍
There's an other thread here in the forum with a lot of more detailed informations and some longer discussions 😂 You'll find it here ( https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/rog-strix-series/i-want-to-upgrade-rog-strix-g18-2023-ram-to-5600mhz-i... )

I finally got mine to work. I have the KF556S401BK2-64 set just like OP. I could not get it to boot no matter what I tried. It would turn on, but it would never get past the memory training.
I put the original 32 GB back in, and the same thing happened. I started testing one stick at a time of the original ram. I could get it to boot with one stick in either slot, but not both together. I was beginning to think something bad happened to it when I put the Kingston ram in there, but I started going through every menu and noticed that there was a -30mv offset in the voltage configuration screen.
I disabled the offset, saved the settings, then after powering it down I put both sticks back in. After about 10-20 seconds, it fired right up. I powered it back down and threw the Kingston sticks back into it, and after about 10-20 seconds I saw the backlight come on and the boot logo appeared.
I didn't realize that there was a voltage offset, so it never occurred to me to check for it. I was looking for xmp or pnp settings for the memory, but never found them in the bios (which is strange for an overclockable laptop to not have in my opinion).
For those of you having trouble, check your voltage offset and either increase it a little if you are undervolted or disable it altogether. Mine are running great at 5200! Hope this helps somebody else like it did for me.

My God, man! You just saved me that ram I was about to sell, thinking it was incompatible with my rig.
Thank you!
