My laptop was working perfectly fine until I decided to fly back to Hawaii with it this weekend. Now it's freezing and I can't get past thr Republic of Gamers logo. It was just working last night after I landed. I don't know what happened but now it's frozen. Please help I just bought this laptop may 2023

I mean, if it was working last night, then I don't see what the flight would have to do with it. Can you get in to the bios at least? How long does this last anyway, like do you close it afte 1 min, or did you at least try and wait longer?

Cause you could try reseting the bios to factory defaults. If you can't get in to it, then disconnect the battery, hold the power button for 60-90 sec and leave the laptop closed for an hour or so, and it should reset the bios to factory default, then reconnect the battery and see if it works. I can't really suggest anything else with the little information you gave, as who knows what could have happened.

If you can get in to the bios, you reset it, and it still doesn't work, it could be something with your storage drive.

Thank you for your response. If this ever happens again I will make sure to try this out. Maybe now that I can actually access my BIOS I can reset it. Honestly I don't know why my computer started acting weird. It was working all week before the move. I was using it every night in the hotel.

I don't think the flight messed it up either, but what concerned me was during the flight when my computer screen said "BITLOCKER enter recovery key to get going again" and I wasn't able to input it and bypassed it, it worked last night. Today it wouldn't even boot past the ROG logo. I left it on for a few minutes, then I forced it to shut it down. Booted it up again, same thing. Finally it brought me back to the bit locker page again. This time I was able to find my recovery key and input the data. After having to input the information twice, it finally rebooted, uninstalled something, then restarted. Thankfully it's working okay for now.
