ROG Strix not charging and turning on

My ROG Strix suddenly stopped working.

Everything was fine till I was working at night, the kept the laptop on sleep. The battery drained and in the morning when I tried to charge it no lights turn on, not even charging light and the laptop doesn't turn on.

After around 2 weeks it suddenly started charging again and working completely fine for 2-3 days and then stopped charging same as before.

Any suggestions?

try plugging into another socket in your home, that's the first thing I would check before thinking it's your laptop. but if it's your laptop maybe it's not connected properly to the charger.
