ROG Strix GL703GM - Heat Problem

As the title suggests my laptop heats around and beyond 74ºC when I play for example Rainbow Six Siege. I have no idea if its okay or what can I do but its very dear to me and I want him in the best shape possible. It gets hot enough on the hole keyboard for it to warm my hands to an uncomfortable temperature since its summer and from the respiration stuff on top of the keyboard it gets even hotter. Was bought last christmas and was wondering what I could do to improve this, thanks in advance for the help!
FYI: I check the temperature on the ROG Gaming Center and look at the CPU temperatures.

74C isn't anything to worry about. If the laptop gets too hot it will throttle or shut down itself to prevent damage.

74c is perfectly fine for a gaming laptop.
