ROG Strix G713PI - Samsung 990 EVO plus won't automaticly switch to PCIe 4.0 x4 from 5.0 x2

Greetings,

I've recently bought new M.2 NVMe SSD Samsung 990 EVO Plus (4TB storage). On my G713PI-LL044W there are 2 slots, apparently both PCIe 4.0. Samsung SSD supports both PCIe 4.0 x4 and 5.0 x2 so it should be able to just switch between these modes.

So what is the problem... I've installed SSD to slot, started up laptop but Samsung SSD isnt showing up in Disk manager and not even in BIOS. I then tried switching slots with my C:/ SSD. That helped and showed up Samsung SSD BUT... after some load/starting game from that SSD it just crashes and wont work until restart of laptop. When it crashes, it wont communicate and it will show up Windows error code "0x800701B1 A device which does not exist was specified". I then did some investgation and for now found that in CrystalDiskInfo software it shows that Samsung SSD has Transfere mode in "PCIe 5.0 x2 | PCIe 5.0 x4" + on hover tooltip says, that left one is current mode and right one is supported.

So what can I do now? In BIOS, I cant change manualy PCIe 5.0 to 4.0 for that SSD since BIOS for laptops sucks. BIOS is updated to newest version. All drivers are also updated via myASUS... Only idea I got is to buy little bit older SSD with PCIe 4.0
