Rog strix G614jv laptop Gpu fan show 0 rpm but spinning over 7000rpm(only gpu fan)

My rog strix g614jv( I7 rtx 4060) gpu fan is spinning very loudly . only gpu  fan but CPU fan and system fan work normally.

i did all the windows, bios, armory crate, NVidia game ready latest updates. when i put into laptop sleep all fans gone to 0 rpm, but i again power on the laptop CPU fan and system fan get 1900rpm , but gpu fan show 0 rpm in armory crate but can it was spinning in over 6500rpm by its crazy turbo sound, i uninstall armory crate, but didn't solve, i reinstalled it. when i put into silent mode gpu fan didn't stop. i also tried standard mode , eco mode and optimized mode.GPU FAN = 0 rpm

but gpu heat is about 39 c, it's not over heating issue. it was spinning in about 1 hour and i think it was stop by system because fan temperature go higher, and again after few minutes it starts to spin no reason, 

anyone have this issue ???

Try manual setting and see what happens in the Armoury Crate.
