I have a g18 rod strix and when the garment appears the poster of republic of gamer and it stays frozen there, after about 30 seconds they start the coolers at maximum speed and after another 30 seconds it goes out. I tried with the 45 second pressing the boot button and also 1min and a half approx, Can you tell you what else I can do? other than grabbing her with an axe.

Did you try to go into BIOS by spamming F2 key after you press the start key. From there you can try and activate secure boot and try booting again. Also instead F2 you can spam F8 and it will take you to recovery menu of Windows if its what you use as OS. From there on you can try to solve your problem with many methods.

I had left the computer on while doing other things and suddenly heard the fans spin up to full speed and suddenly the computer, with the fans at maximum speed, froze and I was never able to access Windows again, and every time I restarted it, the same message/screen I told you about appeared.

These ROG Laptop BIOSes have a problem with their sleep schedules. If i remember correctly it has to do something with modern standby or S3 Sleep mode. When my laptop used to go to sleep, fans kept working but the power surge kept going on for some reason and it heated up like a roasted chicken and went freeze with a black screen couple of times. Fortunately i catched it up early and "fixed" it by disabling every sleep state. If i am not using the laptop i configured it to stay idle and awake. If i am leaving it for an extended time I just shut it down.
Coming back to your problem it sounds like some hardware inside the Laptop might have been damaged. If you have already followed the procedures to go into the BIOS mode and recovery with the right steps and nothing works, there is high possibility it's a damaged hardware and there is nothing you can do with your own expertise here. We are talking about power surge damage to your components.
Though it seems there is no negligence on your side. It is ASUS firmware being insanely tragic. They don't even test their products for many real life scenarios. What you can do is at this point is to send the laptop to them to fix if your warranty continues.
But before it please make sure you are certainly not able to go into the BIOS or Windows Recovery with any methods.
You can also try to remove the SSD, it looks like a RAM stick. Boot the laptop. Spam F2 Key and see if it enters the BIOS that way. If it enters to BIOS that means SSD was the damaged counterpart. You can either try to talk to ASUS to see if they change it or buy a new one with less headache.

I also believe there is some hardware problem, and Asus does not recognize the warranty because I bought it in Paraguay, I live in Argentina, and the laptop has a U.S. serial number. The company’s warranty is very unfortunate. It’s not the SSD, because since I needed some work files with a carry disk, I was able to connect it to another PC and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the help.

So you use an external disk on top of a SSD? If so which one has the Windows installed into it.

I'm using a Dell laptop and I'm connecting the ROG Strix SSD via USB. Dell detects it as an external hard drive even though I have Windows installed on the SSD. Was that your question?

Okay now without the SSD card inside the ASUS laptop try to start laptop and spam F2 like crazy. Keep spamming F2 until you see Republic of Gamers logo. We hope that the logo to disappears and you can get into the BIOS menu. If you can get into that menu write to me again, that means your SSD port might became defected. If you cant enter the BIOS menu that means you need to find a local repair center.
