ROG Strix G18 RTX 4070 - possible to remove the 1V voltage cap?

I bought this laptop and I noticed that it doesn't use 140W in games most of the time because of the small voltage cap. It's even worse in some games where this cap makes the GPU run at 85-90W. I feel like there's a huge wasted potential with a such device and I want to know if this is possible to remove or not.

it doesnt scale at higher wattage so no point the only gpu that needs more volts is the 4090
