Rog Strix G17 G732LXS - Which M.2 slots do I use?

I have an aging Asus Rog Strix G17 G732LXS which has 3 x M.2 slots. It came with a single 1TB Intel 660p installed in M.2 slot I, this drive has been reformatted for storage alongside a second similar reformatted 1TB NVMe SSD.

I recently purchased a faster 2TB NVMe SSD to install Windows 11 on, which I put in slot I, the location of the previous single Intel 660p boot drive.

According to the official Asus upgrade guide:-https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/GamingNB/G732LXS/E16002_G732LXS_Upgrade_Guide_WEB.pdf?model=G732L... (page 7)

NOTE: The M.2 2280 slot II supports PCIe (NVMe) SSD while slot I and slot III support both PCIe (NVMe) SSD and SATA SSD.

Will slot I still be the correct location for the boot drive if I populate slot II and slot III with the two 1TB drives? I will not be using any raid configuration, I just want 2TB as the boot drive [C] and two individual 1TB storage drives [D and E].

Will I need to make any changes in the BIOS?

The stand alone is boot drive and the paired slots are aux. unless raid is used
