ROG Strix G16 laptop stuttering with every game i play

Please for the love of god help. My laptop, the ROG Strix G16 2023 edition will not stop stuttering and glitching with every game I play.. I tried using DDU and reinstalling, using Ghelper instead of armory crate and I unplugged the separate monitor I had but yet nothing is working. I have it plugged in at all times, on turbo mode at all times.. idk what I'm doing wrong. I just bought this like 2 months ago and it's pissing me off and stressing me out. It only started acting up like this a week or two ago, and I don't know if I should invest in a laptop cooler because it's not even hot to the touch. Idk what is happening

Best thing that you can do is to use the search engine in this forum and read the 100+ post's for a problem like your becouse there can be a 1000 things that can make game to stutters

Nobody can diagnose your problem with this little information. What games? What's your fps, and is it consistent, or do you have spikes and drops? What are your temps? What is your gpu and cpu usage in those games? Did you change anything a week or two ago, before this started?
