Rog Strix G16 G615LR 2025 Keyboard and light not working

Just got a new G16 and it was working fine for the 1st hour. Turned it off for dinner and when i turned it back on the keyboard stopped working and the aura light dont come on aswell. Not sure whats happening its a brand new laptop that was turned on for an hour ….

Hello,

Turn the laptop off, unplug the power cable, wait a few mins, power it on battery only, does this change anything?

Turned it off and left it over night, turned it on in the morning on battery but nothing

Windows can also override with the dynamic lights setting, check that too.

If still nothing, does it all light up upon starting? the keyboard and light bars should glow red. 

Last attempt would be an EC reset, with the laptop off and power connected, hold the power button down for 30-40 seconds. Keep it down until the power light stops blinking, then release, then power on.

Yes tried that too but nothing. Not sure what to do -.-

Have you  tried Function key and up Arrow at  the same time ?
