My G16 is presenting problems again. Only after 3 monthsI bought it in USA I sent for the RMA and they said it was the motherboard, after returning to me it was never “perfect” but ok..running.
Now after 15 months after the first RMA the laptop is on the way to the pit 😞, presenting intel processor failures, I can’t even install a windows update.
I sent to an assistance here in Brazil and they said the probably its the chip.
My question is, How much Asus will charge me if need to fix the processor? Any idea?
