Can you check your BIOS just in case? Btw, I would also try resetting BIOS to default settings and then try again with both new sticks installed.

Hello,
What is the make / model of the memory module?
The CPU spec is 4800MT so 5600 cannot run, this also means the memory timings will try to down scale accordingly depending on the SPD profile programmed into the memory modules, if the timings are to low it can fail too boot.
Since placing the memory module into the laptop did you perform an E/C reset? Usually when the laptop is off and plugged in, you press and hold the power button for 30-40s and wait.
when it powers up wait for a few mins too, the CPU/BIOS will also attempt to run a memory training process and this can appear to look like nothing happening, just a blank screen, so wait at least 2 mins just in case.
Do you have another 48GB module or any other way to confirm if this is actually a good working memory stick?

Do you have an undervolt applied via BIOS? That usually is the case for when a laptop won't boot after installing new RAM. There's loads of threads on Reddit about Strix G18 (2023) not booting when there was a UV applied via BIOS. Disabling the UV fixes it. You can re-apply UV after booting up with the new RAM.

I did not do anything in Bios. I just updated it.
i went to crucial.com and check my g16 if their 48gb is compatible but it is not. I’ll research more about that g18 and UV. I hope it can read my 48gb ram
