Hello! I bought an Rog strix g16 (2023) G614ji with rtx 4070 and i7 13650hx about 7 month ago. For the first 5 month it was playing game smoothly and stutter free, but recently i checked the temp in idle it was about 75 to 80 or even more the temp was 95 while gaming tho but the throttle make my game stutter every second like for real. I checked intel xtu and the frequency was about 2 ghz to 2.5 ghz while gaming it can even drop to 1 ghz i dont even know why. And so i tried undervolting with intel xtu but still manage to get that p core and e core frequency still on that state. Also i tried to clean the fan but it all doesnt work still on that state. Any solution for this?

The solution is to replace the thermal paste in the laptop. I think the CPU originally had liquid metal, while the GPU uses regular thermal paste.

It screams "I want a Liquid Metal respread". They already come from factory with badly spread LM. And with so little time they oxidize. You don't need to buy anything. Just open it descrew heatsink, respread it with a quailty cotton swab. MAKE SURE YOU DONT DROP *ANY* TO THE MOTHERBOARD. Go look up for a guide. Respread of LM is your only solution dont look for any other one. If you dont feel brave or in your country repasting breaks the warranty of the laptop send it to ASUS for cleaning and repasting.
