ROG Scar 17 faint horizontal lines on screen when on 60Hz refresh rate

Whenever i update Armoury Crate and Nvidia Drivers, this issue occurs. Faint horizontal lines are visible on the whole screen when refresh rate is on 60 Hz power saving.

When refresh rate is switched to 300Hz, the lines disappear, so it seems something to do with that specific refresh rate.

And this issue occurs only when an update is received for Armoury Crate along with Nvidia driver at the same time.

Anyone facing the same ? Please share any solutions to this.
