Hello, I recently bought this beautiful laptop and everything seems to be working except for two components: the webcam and mic. Is it just me or does anyone else have this problem? The webcam isn't detected by the laptop at all and the mic is not inputting anything. I even did a hard reset and updated everything and the problem still persists so could it be a hardware problem?
