I did a fresh install of Windows 10 Home SL on my GL552VX, but I can't get back the Sonicmaster Audio and Sonic Radar.

Tried download and installed the Conexant audio driver from Asus support page and it din't install Sonicmaster instead it gave me SmartAudio.

I can't find Sonic Radar in the support page as well.

ROGers any solution?

Thanks!

since u did a clean install , the only way to get those back is from the Esupport folder of your GL552VX , ask someone to upload the Esupport folder , even thought Sonicmaster Audio and Sonic Radar are included in the Audio drivers on the asus driver page for your laptop it will not install if u did a clean install

Thanks for the reply! 🙂

They're making it so hassle. Hate how Asus provide their driver support.

I saw this in other post, can I use the eSupport driver from GL702VS?

did u try installing ICEsound (It is intelligent audio enhancement software that improves the audio quality in sound experiences on laptops) Version V1.0.0.114 in " utilities" on your drivers laptop page?
http://support.asus.com.cn/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=GL552VX&p=3&s=772

here is what ICE sound looks like

Hey, thanks for the solution.
Tried install the ICEsound but it error while installing. Then I gave it a try on installing the Sonic Studio from GL702vs eDriver files, it installed successfully but gave no effect on the sound EQ. BTW I'm running the Conexant driver from the support page.

EDIT: Then I contact Asus Support, ask them to send me the Sonic Studio files, their technician just keep telling me all the drivers and apps is available download in support page, they do not keep any backup or drivers with them. Seriously?!

Because it is a third party software, we could not provide it on our official website.
It is recommended that you backup the files in C:\esupport before reinstalling the system.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

So is like a third party software with ROG skin on top of it without the authorization to distribute to your customer??

But at least allow the Asus Customer Service or Technical Support able to send it to customer.

Hope that you guys can improve at here.
