ROG Gaming Center CPU info not displayed - GL553VW

Hi All,

In the ROG gaming center application, CPU information is not retrieved. Last thing I did was disabling some services in startup because I'm testing my connectivity when playing online games. I don't know what specific startup should I enable or is it a software that I need to install for the CPU info to display. Please assist, thanks.

Have you tried reinstalling the ROG Gaming Center? You can find it under the Utility section in the below link:

Also, what if you enabled the services you disabled before? Does it return to normal?

Hi Bill,
I Reinstalled the game center, somehow I can select the cores and view memory frequency but CPU temperature and CPU frequency is still at 0. See attached file for reference.

After re-enabling the services, it still didn't display before reinstalling. I remember installing a game that is bundled with .Net framework and since I didn't properly installed it, I removed both software immediately.
