I'm having an issue with my ASUS ROG G15 laptop. The battery indicator says it's 100% charged, but as soon as I unplug the power adapter, the laptop shuts down instantly. It acts like the battery is empty, even though it shows as fully charged.
I've also noticed that the battery LED indicator is flashing orange on and off, which seems unusual.
I’ve tried to check to performed a power reset by holding down the power button with the adapter unplugged without success
If anyone has experienced something similar or has any ideas, I’d really appreciate the help.
