Rog g-16(2023) issue

I bought my Rog strix g-16(2023) 10 months before. Now I am facing some issues. My games were getting crash like a low end pc.

I noticed that my cpu temperature goes to ideal in few minutes. 

I don't understand this. Pls can any one help me.
