I think its normal for kaby lake processor .when I play battlefield 1 or need for speed 2015 or any cpu intensive application ,the cpu temp rose to 90 - 96 c .so better cool the laptop

Hello!

I have a GL502VMK with an i7 7700HQ and a nVidia GTX 1060. My laptop also runs quite hot when gaming, especially on CPU-intensive games, the CPU gets up to 98 degrees. The GPU, though, stays at aroun 70 degrees. These were my temps after 30 minutes on The Witcher 3 using nVidia's GeForce Experience reccomended settings. I didn't have any other issues so far. It didn't shutdown, freeze, or anything like that.
If the freezing that you speak of persists, try reinstalling the chipset and graphics drivers, or maybe even reinstall Windows. If after all that it still freezes, I'd RMA it right away.

Sincerely,
Carl

My GL502VMK doesn't have Fan boost speed in Gaming Center so how do I add it ?:(:(:( http://imgur.com/a/m2IOO already update my Gaming Center Manual from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3 still doesn't Have the fan boost setting in my gaming center.

Make sure you've installed the chipset drivers from the ASUS support page.

I Don't think my chipset needed to be update cause the Asus Support page give me Chipset version 1.10 while i have the 1.15 ...

For both questions, please consult Intel specifications here:

1) That CPU frequency of ~3,5GHz is normal.
The CPU only reaches 3,8GHz when only one core is online.
Turbo boost frequency decreases as the amount of cores online increases:
1-core (3,8GHz);
2-core (3,6GHz);
3-core (3,5GHz); and
4-core (3,4GHz).

2) The heat is pretty normal on a gaming laptop, especially in a powerfull laptop with an i7 quad-core and a mobile GPU very similar to a desktop GPU.
Intel announces the Tjunction as 100ºC
"TJUNCTION: Junction Temperature is the maximum temperature allowed at the processor die."
So, 91-96ºC is not ideal, but it is acceptable.

To help reduce heat, I highly recommend undervolting your CPU and GPU.
