Four days ago, I purchased the ASUS ROG Strix G18 (2024 edition)
with a 14th-generation i9 processor, a 4080 graphics card, and Windows 11 Pro 2024 version.
Before purchasing, I searched for reviews of this device.
I noticed that this device has a powerful battery that can last 5, 6, or even 8 hours in power-saving and performance modes. This greatly encouraged me to purchase this device.
However, when I started using it, it became clear that the battery only lasts for 3 or 3.5 hours and then dies immediately! Even though I adhere to the same reviews above, I contacted the seller, who told me that the reviews are worthless and that the primary value lies in the company's statements. The company doesn't tell you that the battery lasts a long time, so there's nothing wrong with the device, and I won't exchange it for you!
My question now: Does the ASUS ROG Strix G18 (2024 edition) have a weak battery?
