Poor video quality on GL553VD

This problem has been bothering me since I bought the GL553VD about year ago. The screen quality when I'm playing games is amazing, but when I'm playing videos it's just bad.

Youtube videos, as well as any video on my laptop, are just a little grainy or blurry even if I run it at a high quality (720p or 1080p), but if I try the same video on another laptop the quality is just better.

I tried updating Intel Drivers and re-downloading video codecs, but that didn't help.

Have you checked the Asus support page for your GL553VD? It shows new bios dated 2018/8/2, NVidia graphics driver dated 2018/3/6. Maybe they will help.

maybe windows 10 dpi scaling issue
try XPE Windows 10 DPI Fix (software)
or install the last windows 10 version, it fixed

Unfortunately that didn't help. Anyone else has a solution for this?
