I've ROG Strix SCAR 18 (2024). The laptop worked fine for the first three months, then blue screens and crashes started. I constantly experience blue screen crashes, application errors, and frequent app crashes, browser crashes, game crashes etc, .
I have reinstalled Windows 11, tried Windows 10, and completely reinstalled all drivers—both from your official website, separately, and using driver utilities. Nothing helps.
Please do not suggest generic solutions like "Try downloading drivers from the official Asus website"—I have already done that. I have also updated, rolled back, and reinstalled the BIOS. I have tried everything. Even my antivirus cannot function properly because it keeps shutting down unexpectedly.
This issue started on the official Windows 11 that was pre-installed when I purchased the laptop. The problem did not appear after reinstalling Windows—it was there from the beginning.
