No turn off display and sleep in my power plan

i have a ROG GL771JW laptop and n my Power plan, after some time, it should turn off display, and later put computer to sleep. None of that happens, why? It used to work before.

Choose the current power plan, adjust the display settings a nd sleep settings , make them to never or do nothing
