No Touchpad on GL552VW

Hello! I own an ROG GL552VW-DM149 with 32GB of Ram.

Suddently my touchpad stopped working and already tried to install the software from ASUS support.

It started to show an yellow mark on Device Manager on "i2c hid device" with error 10.
And now when i try to install asus smart gesture software i got the message Device isn't connected.

I already looked on Bios and internal pointing device is enabled.

So anyone have/had this issue?

If you are sure that the software and drivers are all properly installed but the issue still persist
Please send your notebook to your nearest repair center for check ups, thank you

I lost my touchpad after windows update. But got it back after installing the atk. Maybe you could try that.
