In the past week I have not been able to get an ethernet connection and also I cant send email using outlook office 2021. I have no problem receiving emails - but I cannot send them. The error code is at the bottom of this message.
I can connect by wifi through a modem. I does not recognise an ethernet connection at all.
I can send email using gmail or roundcube - just not outlook office 2021.
If I connect the laptop to my mobile phone using hotspot I can send email on outlook office 2021.
I am only sending a couple of emails per day.
The issue is the same in australia and singapore.
I recently updated the intel wireless lan driver to 23.160.0.4 and the problems seem to have started after that.
I am not connected to a VPN and have shutdown the laptop and rebooted.
Has anyone else had any problems.
I am happy to go back to the last driver but do not know how to do that.
