New version Armoury Crate - no hotkeys??

Like many others I have had constant issues with the customisable hotkeys stopping working.

Today I was prompted to update Armoury Crate to V6.1.13.0. and I hoped perhaps this would fix the problem.

Worse: there is NO customisable hotkeys section that I can find anywhere!!

Anyone any ideas as to how I now assign actions to the five hotkeys??

  • Check for Updates: Ensure Armoury Crate is fully updated.

  • Reinstall Armoury Crate: Uninstall and then reinstall the latest version from the ASUS support website.

  • Look in Device/Keyboard Section: Navigate to the "Device" or "Keyboard" section in Armoury Crate for hotkey options.

  • Try ASUS ROG Gaming Center: Download and use ASUS ROG Gaming Center if Armoury Crate is missing features.

  • Check for Software Conflicts: Close any background applications that might interfere.

  • Reset Settings: If you find the hotkey section, reset settings to default.

  • Contact ASUS Support: Reach out to ASUS support for further assistance if needed.

1. Checked for updates - fully updated
2. Unable to uninstall as AC doesn't appear in Add/Remove programs. I was able to download and  reinstall though.
3. The Device section is where the hotkey options should be (used to be) but the hotkey heading is missing. According to ASUS documentation on this new version of AC there should be a tab for them - there isn't.
 There is no keyboard section.
4. I'll try ASUS ROG Gaming Centre as a last resort, but the hotkey section should be in AC.
5. Nothing else obvious running in the background that might conflict.
6. Nothing to reset!
7. I'll raise a support ticket with ASUS if I can't sort it out soon.

I understand your frustration with the Armoury Crate update. It sounds frustrating to have the customisable hotkeys disappear after updating to version 6.1.13.0. Have you tried checking under different sections or settings within Armoury Crate? Sometimes, updates can relocate features.
