New to PC gaming, any tips or tricks for GL552 owner?

Hello I am new to PC gaming coming over from Xbox. I am also new to forums. I was wondering if there was any tips or tricks I should know! I have a GL552 with 128 gbvssd and 4gb of 960m graphics. I am also into learning more about how a computer works. I have been told that I need to reinstall my OS and just wanted to get some clarification thanks!

no Idea why you would need to reinstall but here is a good tutorial on now to refresh or reset windows 10
You would get your hardware drivers from Asus Support Downloads do that before beginning a reset.
You can also do a factory reset by pressing F9 on boot up. Before doing any of these you'll need to turn off fast startup in windows to accomplish a full complete shutdown. Here is a tutorial for that see #9 of this tutorial
With that out of the way what seems to be your troubles that you need to reinstall?
