New gl552vw wow.... Problems!!!!!!

I just got a NEW ... GL552VW-DH71 Win 10. WOW BIG PROBLEMS RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!!! WOW!

I have 30 days to RETURN this Pewter to the Retailer if needed. I would like ASUS to guide me in fixing it.

I get (RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX) ALERT: ( Display driver stopped responding and has recovered ) this messages flashes about every 3 to 5 seconds.

Also during Video Play the screen sometimes goes all white and does not recover. Sometimes it goes all Black and does not recover.

These issues are intermittent.

This Computer has other issues too.

This is a One Thousand Dollar Computer ... Too much Money to be having these PROBLEMS!

I would like to SPEAK to an ASUS Tech Rep who can help me solve this issue! I need a LIVING BREATHING Human to speak to please.

Please give me the NUMBER to ASUS Technical Support I need to speek to some one or return the computer to the retailer

Well it's been a week that I called ASUS Support and Support had me Up-Date drivers for Intel Video, NVIDIA, and ASUS Track Pad.

The Computer still gives me the "Stopped Responding" warning, just not as often, and with no Audio Alarm. There is no more Black screen or White Screen unrecoverable situation, that seems to be gone.

I will call ASUS Support again but I am thinking more and more of Returning the computer to the Retailer as ASUS did not do a good job on setting up this computer and Quality control is in Question right out of the BOX! Buyer be Ware!

Anyone know if MSI Apache has this issue?

I suffer the same problems someone knows how to solve or i have to return it back?

Well I called ASUS Support 88-678-3688 spoke to Andre in Jamaca. He had me he had me replace several DRIVERS in 3 areas.

1. VGA,... Video Drivers NVIDIA

2. Chip Set Drivers Intel

3. Track Pad Drivers ASUS

We will see how this affects the Operation of this computer now. Will keep you posted.

Can't expect a new laptop with cutting edge hardware to have up-to-date drivers pre-installed. Too bad ASUS support site does not have links to the up-to-date drivers on their site. Trend is to let Windows 10 manage the process automatically. Outdated video drivers have always been an issue on every laptop I have ever owned, from 4 different manufacturers.

I am still getting the DISPLAY WARRNING but not as often! This is after I called ASUS Tech support and the nice guy walked me through up dating the display drivers and Track Pad drivers and mad sure I did it RIGHT!

I am VERY disappointed with ASUS!!! Who is the CEO of ASUS right now? ASUS used to be on of my favorite computer companies,... USED TO BE!
