As the title says, a new BIOS just dropped but I am hesitant to update without some form of notes on changes, where can I find them?

Asus does not provide any detailed changelog for Bios.

For Bios v318, changelog is: Optimize system performance

yes for some reason no change information is given in bios versions. It would be much better if they stated the changes made in items.
