I recently sent my laptop for repairs due to frequent BSODs. The repair technician discovered that the issue was caused by overheating, so they replaced the motherboard. I want to avoid future overheating issues and ensure my laptop lasts as long as possible. I want to try undervolting too but don't know where to start. Please offer me some advice on how to maintain it!!
Spec:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900HX
32.0 GB RAM

buy this cooler and wash the air filter membrane every 3 days IETS GT500
this model is better than the newer becouse you can wash the filter and no need to change it ever
for the undervolt its deppend what bios version you use also for the GPU you can set it at 940mv and 2650mhz frequency
you must enable the undervolt from the bios and than download Intel XTU from this app you need only undervolt for the Core frequency and Pcache frequency depend on the bios version you can try to -80 on both
my I9-13980 can get bigger undervolt becouse use older bios version
