My Asus Strix G16 doesn't have back RGB bar and doesn't have a logo RGB

hi, I bought my Rog Strix G16 and it came with no RGB light bar on the back, no logo RGB, no numpad.

What's going on?

In rod's official website it says that the g16 also has the same features

Suggest you check the website again

Clearing shows the rear logo/strip colour depends on colour chosen on purchase. 1 being green.

They even have a gif if the product showing the RGB rainbow effect on the laptop and it's only the keyboard/front strip that changes.
