When I press the mute button, the screen says "microphone muted" but it doesn't actually mute the microphone. I tried disabling the laptop's internal microphone while the headset was off and it did the same thing. All other hotkeys work as they should. I reinstalled Windows and updated all the drivers via MyAsus and Armoury crate. Help please!
