Microphone problem GL703GS (detect only load sounds)

Hi, i have realtek high defination audio drivers(6.0.1.8569). Problem is that when i use laptop mic or headset mic it only detect load sounds and only when i talk very close to mic.I tryied to reinstall drivers ,but that doesnt help to me.Maybe somebody know how to fix it? Thanks for help!

I had to uninstall the realtek driver and stop windows from installing/downloading a new one to get my microphone working perfectly...

After restart the microphone stop working again...
