Hi,
I've puchased the GL504 gaming notebook a few months ago, and it shows audio issues : I can't use my mic ; and when I try to talk to Cortana to see if it's working, she answers directly saying she didn't hear anything.
When I try to configure the mic, it skips to "configuration finished" but the it still don't work...
Note that I had to reset the computer because of a crash, and after this the mic worked perfectly and I didn't had the sound fluctuation I had too... But from one day to the other, the mic issue came back WITH sound fluctuation.
I fixed this last error installing the last driver version : 6.00.0001.8656 but I still have no mic.
Any ideas ? Thanks for advance
