It is 5 days since i recived my laptop and it has metadata staging failed error every time i boot and reboot and every time i connect a device to my laptop wether type A or C or 3.5 audio jack
Sometimes even laptop keyboard and external mouse delay at working
The merchant says event log error is not considered in our repair and replace policy
I hope you help and if the error is related to device defect
I tried reinstalling wimdows with vmd and without , i updated drivers through asus site , i reseted and flashed bios
I added a new ssd but even without new ssd it do same error
I have videos for the problems but due to size limit i wasn't able to send it
