metadata staging failed 131 on asus strix G16

guys please help i recently bought rog strix G16 rtx 4060 i7 13650hx and there are {metadata staging failed 131} errors in event viewer it appears after installing aromry crate does anyone else have same problem or is it abnormal and mandate replacing the laptop

It has nothing to do with aromry crate 

It appear at booting and when connecting any usb device wether type A or C 

And when i boot in windows usb devices boot delayed for about 20 to 30 second 

Sometimes even laptop keyboard delays but mouse  always delays the mouse rgb tyrn on and off before connecting

Please help ?

I installed new SSD i dont know if that has anything to do with this problem and reinstalled windows many times and installed asus site drivers but no use
