Hi, I just purchased the ASUS SCAR 16 2025, with RTX 5090. It came with 64GB RAM and 2TB SSD, I just want to know What's the maximum RAM and SSD I can put in this beast so It won't overheat or create issue with the other parts of the system. Thank you for your great insights.
Max RAM you can put is 64gb, storage I believe there isn’t a cap on it. I have 64 gb as of right now and it works just fine after a little hiccup. I had to hard reboot my system after putting it in. I’m using the Kingston fury impact!!
You have the intel version like me? I followed some advice from a review on reddit and I installed 128G of RAM. CT2K64G56C46S5 Works fine with this 128GB kit. I also put a 4TB 990 Pro in the 2nd SSD slot and that works fine also. I believe we are limited to single sided SSDs.
